What are the big three symptoms of diabetes? The three major symptoms of diabetes are: Polyuria (The need to urinate frequently) Polydipsia (Increased thirst & fluid intake) Polyphagia (Increased appetite) Those of you who have been following me a while will know I always complain of the first two. Hey guys, I need your amazing nutritiony fitness advice here. I’m on 1200 calories a day roughly, sometimes up to 1600, and I’m still ALWAYS hungry! HEALTHY ALTERNATIVES
I used to love 2 x fried eggs on 2 x slices of white bread with butter and loads of ketchup. 600 calories. Today for lunch I had 2 x poached eggs on 2 x oatcakes with a handful of cherry tomatoes. 290 calories. And it was friggin gooooood!

So yesterday, I didn’t get any exercise cos I revised sooo hard, so thats okay. I also had yummy scrambled egg on oatcakes for lunch, yoghurt and an apple for a mid afternoon snack, and pasta for dinner (mother’s choice). Gaaaah I wish I could get on here more!
