It’s going to be far more personal, a lot less reblogging “thinspo” and a lot more health orientated. I knoowww I have like over 500 followers here so once I’m all set up I’d love it if you could follow me all the way to my new blog :) I just feel like this is something I have to do, a complete fresh start for summer!

I had one of my favourite lunches today - wholemeal pitta and vegetable crudites with houmous dip… and omg it just puts me in the best mood ever! Maybe its the perfect combo of protein, healthy fat, carbs, grains and vegetables, or maybe cos it tastes so FUCKING GOOD! Either way, it makes me happy. Mmmmm :)
Trust me to get ill straight after enjoying my first run, and just before my last exam :(
Unreal cold, sore head, sore throat, earache…errrrghhh I can’t move my head without wanting to cry. I’ve done no exercise, no revision and have gained a lb. I just made a fresh fruit smoothie to overload my immune system with vitamins - hope it does the trick! I’m so excited to feel better, be free from exams, exercise loads, have an awesome healthy diet and…aaaaaah I feel so happy just thinking about it!
For now though, I’m overdosing on painkillers, hot honey and lemon, 100s of tissues and my duvet. Huuuumph.
Thank you dear! I got a little bit too passionate writing that, but I really want to know what it is about overweight people that others hate. All my life, I've know that people don't like those who are overweight, but I never stopped to think about why that is.

No worries, there’s no such thing as too passionate! And it made me stop and think too. It’s such an unfair judgement! Especially in my small town, and especially going to a posh private school, there was so much pressure. I came back one summer having lost 15 pounds and I was so much more popular, with girls AND boys. It’s so twisted, nobody cared if I was a good person or not. Grrrr.
2 miles. Honestly, I nearly stopped soooo many times but I just ploughed through. I’ve done that route a fair few times over the years and without fail walked half of it every time. But I only walked for ten seconds near the end cos I had a really bad stitch! I’m sooooo proud of myself :) And hopefully that’ll be the hardest that route will ever be for me! I hope to get to the point where thats my easiest one! I live in such a great place for runs.
Once I get fitter, there’s this one I really want to try that I usually do as a walk with my gran. It’s about 4 miles and runs down to the coast, along the cliffs and through fields etc. So beautiful, I reckon it’ll be really nice as an early morning run!
I’m off to do the 30 day shred level one for the last time, then have some lunch! I love today!

Oh my God. Oh MY GOD! OH MY GOD! I just never thought it would happen, I thought I’d ruined my metabolism from years of unhealthy habits but NO! The healthy way works people! 1 lb away from the 120’s! 15lbs lost!
I hate running I hate running I hate running it’s too hard I can’t do it.
NO! I can do it. I will do it. I will make myself love running. I will. I’m off to go run 2 miles round the block…does that even count as a run? Oh well, you gotta start somewhere right? Any beginners tips?
So I can start and get right back on track! I’ve been maintaining so thats okay, I just hope my fitness isn’t too tarnished! I’m seriously going to focus all my efforts onto my workouts this summer, and get absolutely rippppped! Its also shark week grrrr. I get mine every 3 flippin weeks for a week and its sooooo bad that I really can’t work out til its almost over! I cried in pain yesterday. Are any of you on any contraception that stops your periods? Can you message me details if you are? Thanks you beautifuls xx
