- Ran 3 miles on the treadmill 6mph (I’m a slow runner, I know) - 330 cal
- 25 mins exercise bike - 170 cal
- 5 minutes arm bike - 50 cal
- 45 minutes elliptical - 350 cal (thought it would be more, hmmm)
- 10 mins walking and stretching
OKAY SO THE ELLIPTICAL WAS MY BITCH. I used to do it on effort level 5 like most other girls in there, for 15 minutes, and then be bored. TODAY I DID HIIT! 2 minutes intervals, effort levels 11-16-21-16-11-16-21-16-11 etc etc!
I have a five hour waitressing coming up, which should be fun since I CAN’T WALK :D
There;s something I have learned in my journey. Something that some people never learn for themselves. That is - there is a huge difference between training and earning your fitness (and in turn your body) and punishing your body for what it isnt.
If you want a fit, toned, healthy body.. you're going to have to earn it. You're going to have to work for it, every day. There's no going back now, you've got to be dedicated. You can't sit around waiting for motivation to slap you in the face, you are your own motivation. You've got to get off your ass even when you don't want to. You can't snap my fingers, or wish yourself to be healthy. You can do this.. we all can do this!

Yep I’m skipping lectures too today, haven’t been to the gym in a week cos I’ve been soooo busy so screw it, I’m going :) yeah I have no remorse at all either - we suck dude!!

I’m running the Race for Life in June - so many families I know have been torn apart by cancer, including my own, and I think it’s about time I did something to fight back. I can’t work out today cos I have SO MANY ASSIGNMENTS blah so I’m in uni 12-5 then hitting the library pretty hard…fml. BUT I’m just so motivated to eat healthy this week.
There’s no point in lying to you guys…I had a hungover binge yesterday and it felt awful. AAWFUULL. It was my first one since starting this journey and I swear to god right here right now that it’ll be my last. KFC, haribo, and easter egg are no good for your body, I even had diet coke and felt sooo bloated. NEVER AGAIN. EVER.
Slightly lower calories than usual today (I usually have 1500 but to counteract the binge and because I’m not going to the gym, it’ll be 1200)
B - Bran flakes w/1% milk
L - Probably a 300 cal chicken salad sandwich at uni
S - Kiwi fruit, fat-free yoghurt
D - can’t decide between veggie and noodle stir fry or sweet potato and roasted vegetables.
MY BODY DESERVES SO MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT I DID TO IT THIS WEEKEND. BINGING IS NOT A TREAT - EATING HEALTHY IS.

ok then, i'll definitely come for a one off with you cause i'm off on april 1st as well! Honestly whenever you like - i'm free every evening from no later than 5pm usually so pick a time/day that suits you and i'll be there! I need to go so badly!
and yeh i was thinking of joining the uni gym in september but i'll be living all the way over in heaton and newcastle uni gym is like 3miles from that! so i know i'd never use it....but definitely DEFINITELY go with you before april first, next week some time if you want? :) My boyfriends taking me to portugal in three weeks, only just found out for sure last night! eeek! (still scoffing chocolate cake...there is seriously no hope for me..hahha)

Ah man I only have an off-peak membership so have to go during the day…what about saturday at like 1? Ooooh whereabouts in Heaton are you living? I’m on heaton road and I have a car so you could get lifts in with meeee :) it should be our little mish! come to the poly gym with me, it’s been all revamped and its awesome apparently!

Hey sexy omgosh I would love that so much!! You can pay per sesh but it works out soooo much more expensive per session, I go to DW fitness and its £19 a month for student off-peak. Only thing is I’m going home for easter prettty soon, as in 1st april. You could come with me one time before then though and see if you like it? When I come back in September I think I’m gonna join the uni gym which is proper cheap - you should join me then! I know sweets I really wanna get to know you tooo…are you out on Tuesday night? xxxx
