I know and she really cares for every one on the show. Seeing her and knowing she can do it should be inspiration to us all!
If she was able to lose another 100 on the show in only 9 weeks we can do it too.

Insaaaane insane amount of uni work, all deadlines on Friday. Totalling 10,000 words, a documentary, a portfolio and a radio news bulletin. FML! Buuuut then I’ll be back to being a total Tumblr whore, don’t worry your sexy bums about that :D
Really bad cold, headache, sinuses and sore throat. I never get like this uuuurgh :( no gym yesterday or today, far too poorly. I hate this, so frustrating! I had such a nice weekend planned too with my new man :/
My run wasn’t as good today… only 4k with a break as well, though I did run 6.5mph average. I know exactly why though, it’s because I didn’t eat much before I went. Lesson learned…pre-workout protein and carbs are vital to my success :) Oh well, I still ran faster than normal and I know I’ll do better tomorrow!
yeh but im pretty certain you're taller than me pretty girl!! I swear uni makes it harder rather than easier to deal with....and yeh good point actually, it will feel me up better :)
Don't hold me to anything yet - I'm going out tonight but im also gonna go see my friend do a mock trial tomorrow evening and then im in court on friday morning (just in the gallery but dont want to be vomming!) so i cant make you any promises!

Awwww okay but thursday is my last night out before I move home :/ but we’ll more than make up for it come september neighbour don’t you worry about that :D
Oh god yeah uni makes it so much harder, especially with all the alcohol calories! And gym memberships cost a lot, healthy food costs a lot, hardly anyone else eats healthy and goes to macdo and kfc all the time…so difficult.
Yeah and if its the special K diet you’re on about, its pretty empty calories. Its already for breakfast but doesn’t do that much for your bod, whereas wholemeal turkey & salad sandwich has good carbs, protein and some fruit and veg. Seriously, I find the more healthy food like fruit, veg and yoghurt I eat as snacks, the more weight I lose. I also swear by options hot choc to kill sweet cravings :P and I gained weight on special k diet last year!! xxxx
3 WEIRD & WONDERFUL THINGS HAPPENED WHILE RUNNING MY 5K TODAY =)
1. I ran the whole thing without stopping (I usually take a couple of breaks) with an average speed of 6.1mph
2. I noticed my recovery time was sooo fast. As soon as I stopped and started walking again, I got my breath back almost instantly, and my heart rate went back to normal not long after - I’M GETTING FIT WOOP!
3. I actually enjoyed it?!?! This was the best part of today =D usually I dread my next run but I can’t wait for tomorrow now!
Now, I’m eating an apple and reveling in the fact that I’m becoming a runner :)

It’s reeeeally sunny and warm (for England!), I nailed my assignment this morning, been driving around with sunglasses on, blaring music and feeling shit hot. Tonight, I’m going to see Enrique Iglesias (CHEESY BUT WE LOVES IT) in concert with my mumma, auntie and two cousins, so we’re staying in a nice hotel on the Newcastle Quayside, which will be lovely in this weather, and going for a meal and drinks in La Tasca, which is a really nice tapas restaurant. AWWWW YEA!
I’m not drinking though, the guy I’m seeing and I got HAMMERED this weekend, to the point where I still have a hangover, and spent all day yesterday being sick and unable to even move. Seriously, a bottle of wine to then 3 shot racks (each have 6 different flavours of shots) TO MYSELF, I can’t believe I’m not dead. I MADE THE DECISION TODAY TO GIVE UP DRINK. This is a massive deal for me, being a student my life pretty much revolves around nights out. But, I love putting my willpower to the test :) so bring on the challenge!
braeburns are my favvvvvourite and granger market are doing really nice crunchy ones dirt cheap at the moment! ive already eaten four in about 24 hours...ha how you doing pretty? Im seriously fighting the urge to take a teaspoon to a jar of nutella right now.... xxx
Hmmmm I’m not convinced…they were on offer in morrisons, but I think I prefer gala ones, they’re much sweeter. I don’t really like sour things! I’m good, bit hungover, were you out for paddys yesterday? I didn’t make it past 8pm, started at one wooooops! Hehe you only live once, just have one teaspoon and stop :) I just had a total revelation where I actually like my body! So what if I don’t have a thigh gap or I have a belly, I really like being curvy :) I’ve started cringing when I see really thin people cos I just think they look awful! I’m still eating healthy and exercising because I like it, but totally do not give a crap about the scales anymore :) how are you today sexy?? xxxxx
